The Chromium-doped Yttrium Aluminum Garnet crystal (Cr4+:YAG) is an excellent passive Q-switching crystal, which is applied in 0.8-1.2 μm band diode-pumped or lamp-pumped Nd:YAG, Nd:YLF, Nd:YVO4 and other Nd or Yb-doped lasers. Due to its good chemical stability, durability, UV resistance, good thermal conductivity, high damage threshold (>500 MW/cm2) and easy operation, it will replace the commonly used LiF and organic dyes in the field of passive Q-switching.
Zhongce Company can provide Cr4+:YAG crystals with a Cr4+ doping concentration ranging from 0.5 mol% to 3 mol%; the minimum size is 2×2 mm2 and the maximum size is 14×14 mm2, and the length ranges from 0.1 mm to 12 mm; we can control the initial transmittance from 10% to 92% according to customers' requirements.
